The Grand Prize winner of the 2017 Bridal Expo understands he/she must sign and abide by the policies and procedures of the Environmental and Heritage Center rental contract. The winner is responsible for organizing and paying for all additional wedding vendors. The Grand Prize only includes the use of the designated spaces for weddings and receptions for nine hours but additional time can be purchased. The nine hours includes set-up, breakdown, and the wedding and reception. Winner will be responsible for renting and paying for all items listed under the “additional fees” category of the Environmental and Heritage Center rental contract. The Wedding and Reception must take place between an available Monday – Friday or Sunday in the months of July – August 2017, January – March 2018, July – August 2018, or January – March 2019. If the winning Bride/Groom was under contract with the Environmental and Heritage Center prior to the day of the Expo or signed a contract during the Expo any monies paid will be refunded at the conclusion of the wedding and reception and after EHC management deems there was no damage to the facility. Grand prize is non-transferable.
