Rules of EHC Usage for Bridal Expo

In an effort to insure each of our exhibitors and guests receive the highest quality of service, we ask that everyone using the Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center (GEHC) abide by the following rules:

  1. SMOKING—Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed inside the facility. A designated smoking area is located on the campus.
  2. CANDLES—Candles used for decorating must be contained in hurricane globes, votive holders, or masonry jars. No exposed flames are allowed.
  3. BALLOONS—Balloons may be used as centerpieces attached to weights.
  4. CHILD SUPERVISION—All children visiting the rental space must be supervised at all times.
  5. LAYOUT – GEHC has the right to refuse design layouts, decorations, props, etc. that will impact daily business operations.
  6. MUSIC & MEDIA – Exhibitor states that he or she will obtain, prior to the date of performance of this agreement, all necessary licenses, performance rights, permissions and authorities necessary for the use of all copy, music, lyrics, filming, graphic images, registered logos, names and trademarks used and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gwinnett County and the Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center Foundation, their agents, officers and employees, against all claims, demands, litigation, attorneys’ fees and other damages arising out of the unauthorized use of the same.
  7. EQUIPMENT – Exhibitor may use GEHC carts when available, however, exhibitors will not be permitted to use GEHC equipment to aid in setting up or breaking down display space.
  8. DELIVERIES – Pre-event deliveries made by exhibitors will not be accepted without prior approval and scheduling by GEHC staff. GEHC is not responsible for damaged and/or lost deliveries.
  9. Nails, putty substances, certain kinds of tape that may leave a residue, etc. are not to be used on walls, glass, or floors without approval of GEHC staff.
  10. All floors and carpeted rental areas must be left clean and free of food (e.g. cake, fruit, nuts, etc.) trash, paper, personal belongings, etc. at the end of the show.
